At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020, I began playing live every day. I created a ritual that embodied the process and discipline of music-and-sound-making to emphasize and cultivate a sense of daily rhythm. They are conceived and envisioned as a nonverbal way of exploring our deepest questions during a challenging time. The livestreams are now planned as a set of one thousand pieces, to be completed in early 2023.
